Rezept Dalgona Coffee
4 tsp soluble coffee
1 tsp sugar
200 ml milk (or vegetable alternative)
1 iced mousse au café praline
Place 4 teaspoons each of instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl. Whip the ingredients with a whisk or hand mixer until a thick, creamy mixture has formed. Pour the cream over 200 ml of iced milk and top everything with a chopped, frozen Café Praline mousse.
