Shipping

 

Germany: We deliver to Germany with DHL.

There is no minimum order value for online orders. For each order up to a value of 40 € (incl. VAT) with a delivery address in Germany, shipping costs of 4.90 € are charged. Orders with a higher value will be shipped free of charge throughout Germany.

European Union: We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden and Estonia with DHL. 

There is no minimum order value for online orders. For each order up to a value of 150 € (incl. VAT) with a delivery address in one of the EU countries mentioned above, shipping costs of 15,90 € will be charged. Orders with a higher value will be shipped free of charge.

Good to know: in warm temperatures we automatically ship your order with cooling!

 

Delivery times

The standard delivery takes place in 2-5 working days.. The DHL shipping time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days. The DHL shipping time within the EU is usually 2-5 working days.

During the company holidays shipping will take place within 2-3 weeks.

You can either pay by credit card, PayPal or payment by bank transfer.
