Ingredients for 4 people
500 g strawberries
6 iced Cointreau butter truffles
500 ml whipped cream
4-8 meringue bowls (depending on size)
Cut and sugar the strawberries. Chop the iced Cointreau butter truffles and chill both. Whip the cold whipped cream until stiff and divide it between four small bowls. Crumble 1-2 meringue shells over each serving. Spoon the strawberries and chopped truffles over the top. Serve quickly and mix everything together as you enjoy!
