Mother's Day Cupcakes
Ingredients for 12 pieces
12 Light Cupcakes
12 Premium Truffle Hearts
For the frosting
100 g butter
100 g icing sugar
100 g cream cheese
fresh or dried vanilla
a piping bag
Preparation
Beat the soft butter with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the icing sugar while stirring, then the cream cheese and vanilla until everything is a homogeneous mass. Fill the frosting into a piping bag and spread it over the finished cupcakes. Decorate each cupcake with one of our truffle hearts and place them on a pretty platter. If you don't want to miss out on flowers, these blossoms are considered edible: roses, violets, lavender, marigolds, jasmine, cornflowers, forget-me-nots, cornflowers and primroses.
