Palm oil makes chocolates more robust and cheaper. We have consciously chosen quality and consistently do not use palm oil.
We do not use chemical preservatives and recommend storing chocolates in a cool, dry place.
We only use fine cocoa, which differs from consumer cocoa in its earthy, fruity, nutty and floral aroma.
We use only high quality spirits only, filled in liquid form. Red wine, vodka, gin, cognac, peppermint liqueur as well as our popular homemade egg liqueur are coated with chocolate.
We offer a vegan range of chocolates and chocolate specialities free from animal products.
We fill the dark chocolate praline balls with a truffle filling that we have refined with red wine. The hollow moulds for our praline balls are still traditionally spun in our factory and are therefore homemade from the very first step. After cooling, we fill them until they weigh almost exactly 20 grams. This is for technical reasons, but also so that they are bite-sized. The ten balls contain alcohol and are supplied in a transparent bag.

Shipping: We cushion your order with ecologically sustainable paper filling material and send it in our shipping boxes made from recycled material. In summer, free cool packs protect the chocolates.
Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 15-18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate strong temperature fluctuations, refrigerators and heaters. A wine refrigerator or a cool, dry pantry are ideal.
Shelf life: Our pralines and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavourings or cheap substitutes. For the best flavour experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities can often be eaten after the best-before date. The flavour is then occasionally weakened.
