For these pralines, we first refine fine marzipan with sultanas, marinated in Jamaican rum and brandy, then cover them in milk chocolate and decorate them with dark chocolate. We pack the finished chocolates in a narrow box made from 100% recycled paper, which we have also labelled with Braille.

Shipping: We cushion your order with ecologically sustainable filling material made from paper and send it in our shipping boxes made from recycled material. In summer, free ice packs protect the chocolates.

Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 15-18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate strong temperature fluctuations, refrigerators and heaters. A wine refrigerator or a cool, dry pantry are ideal.

Shelf life: Our pralines and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavourings or cheap substitutes. For the best flavour experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities can often be eaten after the best-before date. The flavour is then occasionally weakened.
