Our marzipan is made from Mediterranean almonds. The natural blend of sweet and bitter almonds give the outstanding taste.
Flavors obtained by chemical synthesis do not meet the requirements of our chocolates & truffles.
We only use fine cocoa, which differs from consumer cocoa in its earthy, fruity, nutty and floral aroma.
We process stem ginger, a true delicacy. It is the young, aromatic ginger, fibre-free and of the best quality.
We only use marzipan made from 100% raw mass quality. Little sugar, lots of almonds. Experts know that this is the highest marzipan quality.
Our marzipan gets its outstanding taste from the natural blend of selected sweet and bitter almonds from the Mediterranean. It is traditionally roasted slowly in open copper kettles, which gives it its fine aroma. For our marzipan breads, we only use marzipan made from 100% raw paste quality with an almond content of 52%. So little sugar, lots of almond. We refine this aromatic marzipan bread with roasted stem ginger, the young and particularly fine ginger. We dip the finished loaves in dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%, which keeps them naturally vegan. We wrap them in coloured tin foil and cling film so they look festive and stay fresh for a long time.

Storage: Chocolates and truffles should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 15-18 degrees. Our chocolates do not tolerate strong temperature fluctuations, refrigerators and heaters. A wine refrigerator or a cool, dry pantry are ideal.
Durability: Our chocolates and truffles are made without chemical preservatives, artificial flavours and cheap substitutes. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them fresh. Our chocolate specialities are often edible even after the best-before date has expired. The taste and alcohol are then occasionally weakened.
