Rezept Pistazien-Marzipanmousse

Ingredients
- 100 g white chocolate coating
- 125 g Sawade pistachio marzipan bread
- 60 ml almond milk
- 120 ml whipped cream
- 1 fresh fig
- 20 ml amaretto
If you like marzipan so much that you would love to spoon it up, this dessert finally gives you the chance to do so. Marzipan and chocolate meet fruity fig, intense flavours to melt in your mouth.
Preparation
1. cut the white chocolate coating and the Sawade pistachio marzipan bread into fine pieces.
2. mix together with the hot almond milk in a bowl to form a smooth mixture and leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3 Next, whip the whipped cream until stiff, carefully and thoroughly fold into the chocolate and marzipan mixture and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
4. while the mousse is cooling in the fridge, cut the fig into slices and marinate in the amaretto.
5. to serve, divide the pistachio and marzipan mousse into dessert bowls, press a slight hollow into it with a spoon and arrange the marinated fig slices in it.
